Diamond Dowels from Himalaya are precision-manufactured steel load transfer devices used at construction and contraction joints in concrete pavements, industrial floors and slabs-on-grade. The diamond or trapezoidal cross-section allows free longitudinal movement at the joint while efficiently transferring transverse loads between adjacent slab panels. This prevents differential settlement and cracking at joints that is common with conventional round dowels when misaligned. Used extensively in NHAI highway construction and industrial floor projects.
